The second semester distribution in January 2018

In October 2017, DVC received two donations of 115 million VND from SNI Switzerland and 20 million VND from Mr. Keith Sim in VN. This total of 135 million was distributed to 54 university students: each student received 2,5 million VND in January 2018 for their 2nd university semester
